Family Medicine Associates (FMA) is a community-based family practice group located on the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts. Our three offices are conveniently located in Hamilton, Manchester, and Middleton.

    FMA soon to be a Patient-Centered Medical Home

    Can our medical practice be improved? We think so. In our latest step forward, FMA is in the process of becoming a nationally recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This program implements a new set of approaches for providing family health care. We are supported in this project by the Northeast Physician Hospital Organization and by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Our Hamilton office will be the first FMA location to become an FMA PCMH. read more »
