The National Committee for employer support of the Guard and Reserve recognized Dr. Bazylewicz recently for his support of the Guard and Reserve while Maureen McCarthy, NP (Family Nurse Practitioner at FMA/Manchester) was in Baghdad. Maureen was in Baghdad from May to October and was the commander of the Medical Support Squadron.

Our regular office hours are as follows:
Hamilton: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. In addition, evening hours are available by appointment Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Manchester: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. In addition, evening hours are available by appointment on Monday & Thursday.
Middleton: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. In addition, evening hours are available by appointment Monday through Thursday.
In addition, please note the Manchester office is open for urgent care on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sundays for minor emergencies only.
