The National Committee for employer support of the Guard and Reserve recognized Dr. Bazylewicz recently for his support of the Guard and Reserve while Maureen McCarthy, NP (Family Nurse Practitioner at FMA/Manchester) was in Baghdad. Maureen was in Baghdad from May to October and was the commander of the Medical Support Squadron. Pneumovax: Age 2 and older if at risk; for everyone 65 and over. Give only once before 65 if indicated, and once after 65, with at least 5 years between doses. Repeat once after 5 years for those who are immunosuppressed, asplenic or have renal disease.

Tdap will be given only once; subsequent 10 year tetanus boosters will be with Td.

Zostavax: Give once, age 60 and up.

Gardasin may be given up to age 26.
