Rachel Spencer began her career as a physician assistant in 2009 and joined FMA in our Manchester office in 2011. Her special areas of interest are women’s health and dermatology.
After receiving a bachelor of science in biology from Salem State College, Rachel continued her training at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she received a master of science in physician assistant studies. She is certified through the National Commission on the Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA), and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Rachel and her husband and their young daughter (and a dog!) live on the North Shore. In her spare time, Rachel likes to read, hike, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
