The National Committee for employer support of the Guard and Reserve recognized Dr. Bazylewicz recently for his support of the Guard and Reserve while Maureen McCarthy, NP (Family Nurse Practitioner at FMA/Manchester) was in Baghdad. Maureen was in Baghdad from May to October and was the commander of the Medical Support Squadron. Manchester office - Directions

From Beverly, Danvers, Hamilton/Wenham, Peabody, and Points South: Take Route 128 North to Exit 15 (School Street). Take a left at the end of the ramp and go over 128. The entrance to Manchester Medical Building is on the right just after you pass over 128.
From Gloucester and Cape Ann: Take Route 128 South to Exit 15. Turn right onto School Street, then turn right immediately after the guard rail into the Manchester Medical building entrance.
From Ipswich and Essex: Take Route 133 to Essex and turn right onto Southern Avenue just past Woodman's Restaurant. Go 3 miles and take a left at the entrance of Manchester Medical Building, located just before the junction with Route 128.
